Camera-Phone Diet - Friday, May 1

Until I reach my goal of 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. So far, I'm doing pretty well. Friday night was my Dad's medical convention dinner, and I splurged! I was a bit better than I have been on previous years: I turned down all the hors d'oeuvres brought around on plates during the cocktail hour. I also didn't eat a roll at dinner and didn't drink as much of the free wine as I sometimes have. The only thing I regret is eating all that cake! I was stuffed at the end of dinner.
