Until I reach my goal of 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Saturday was a much better day than Friday, even though we ate out at a Mexican restaurant. It helped that I had a late lunch and wasn't terribly hungry!
