Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Monday for dinner, I cooked a Weight Watchers recipe of Sauteed Tilapia with Almonds and Cherries. I'm going to take more pics with my regular camera, because I'm not sure how many picture messages I'm allowed a month on the phone.
