Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Friday we had breakfast at a local coffee shop, then traveled to New York City to meet a friend. We shared some small black and white cookies on the train, ate concession food at the Mets game, and shared sundaes afterwards. Believe it or not, it didn't turn out to be such a terrible day for me, because I ate healthier early in the day.
