Camera-Phone Diet - Friday, June 5

Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Friday morning The Gryphon and I had breakfast at the Marathon Grill in Center City Philadelphia. For dinner, I made a white turkey chili I found in a low-fat cook book.
