Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Saturday was a splurge day. We ate breakfast at a local diner and dinner at a Thai restaurant. What put me over for the day was the alcohol and night-time snacking! I've found, though, that it's OK to splurge once a week.
