Camera-Phone Diet - Wednesday, May 13

Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Wednesday was a pretty typical week day. I didn't have time to cook, so I had a frozen veggie patty, making it into a sandwich. One thing this diet has done for me is to remind me to always have some color (veggies!) on the plate.


I got behind posting, but I did keep taking photos.

Camera-Phone Diet - Thursday, May 14

Thursday I woke up late and had a nice lunch. Dinner was special, because we went to see Spinal Tap and ate out at the Keswick Tavern.

Camera-Phone Diet - Friday, May 15

Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. The highlight of Friday was a very nice dinner I made, of homestyle chicken with mashed sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli.

Camera-Phone Diet - Saturday, May 16

Saturday was the Otakon meeting, so we ate breakfast at home, lunch at the hotel where the meeting was held, and dinner at a fantastic fusion place in Elliott City, called the Rumor Mill.
