Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Tuesday was a pretty typical day. I'm happy to report that when I weighed myself this morning, I had lost 1.5 pounds this week, despite (or because of?) the extra snacking.
