Camera-Phone Diet - Friday, July 31

Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Friday was a typical weekday, with leftover beef stroganoff for dinner and a glass of wine in the evening.

Saturday, The Gryphon made us breakfast at home, and for dinner we ate out at P.F. Chang's before catching a movie.
