Camera-Phone Diet - Friday, August 14

Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Friday I continued to do well, partially because of a light dinner of home-made Manhattan fish chowder.

Camera-Phone Diet - Saturday, August 15

Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Saturday, The Gryphon made us pancakes at home for breakfast. For dinner, we ate at the Charlie Brown Steakhouse. Even with some snacks, it was much less indulgent than last Saturday! And, I should add, well within Weight Watchers guidelines.
