Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. On Saturday the 18th, I was literally running from about 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. and was up until 3. This was also probably my worst day in terms of calories, in part because of the chips I had with both lunch and dinner but also because of some nighttime indulgences.
