Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. I've promised myself that I'll order the new Adam Lambert album if I can eat sensibly for a week. On day two, I did well. I even had to eat a little cereal at the end of the night, just to get the right number of calories for the day.
