Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. On Tuesday, I had a typical weekday, with leftover chicken for dinner. I'm happy to report that, thanks to eating sensibly for this week, I lost the weight I'd gained the previous week, plus another half pound. This puts me at my lowest weight since November (still, however, about 9.5 pounds from my goal)!
