Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. On Monday, I was a little bad in the evening, with an extra snack while working. Since it went so well last time, I'm going to reward myself for a week of sensible eating, starting Tuesday. If I succeed, I'll order the book version of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, which many people are recommending.
