Camera-Phone Diet - Wednesday, August 26

Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. On Wednesday, I ate a little extra (within Weight Watchers guidelines), because I was working into the wee hours of the morning and got hungry.

Here's what I ate:

Wednesday, August 26 - Breakfast  Wednesday, August 26 - Sandwich  Wednesday, August 26 - Banana  Wednesday, August 26 - Lunch  Wednesday, August 26 - Dinner

Wednesday, August 26 - Cheese & Grapes  Wednesday, August 26 - Coffee  Wednesday, August 26 - Cereal  Wednesday, August 26 - Ice Cream
