Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. On Tuesday, I also went a little wild with snacking. I notice I've eaten a lot of carbs the last couple days. Hmm. That, on top of splurging this weekend, is probably why I gained this week. Bummer.
