Camera-Phone Diet - Thursday, September 3

Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Lately, I feel like I'm in a rut... in a rut... in a rut. I'm trying to eat some different things occasionally, to shake it up.

Here's what I ate:
