Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Saturday, we had breakfast at home and then attended a Labor Day get-together at The White Rabbit's. I actually was pretty good this time, in part because of photographing what I ate (though I did omit a few handfuls of veggies and sweet potato chips, which I've counted in my daily total), but also because of deliberately not sitting near the table of food, even when my friends did!
