I backtracked a bit over the holidays. Considering that I did really well on Friday, it could have been worse than the roughly 2-pound gain. Sadly, on Christmas day the dishes that were prepared for me had a lot of carbs in them. I should have tried more to work in fruits and vegetables by myself, but I ate too many sweets and not enough fruits and vegetables to compensate. Also, while my sister and I meant to work out on Sunday, we got distracted by scanning in dozens of family photos and then taking some new ones.
Overall, I have only myself to blame, but like I said, it could have been worse if I hadn't been good on Friday. I won't make my year-end goal, but I'm optimistic I can achieve 190 pounds by the end of January instead.
I'll do overall goal-setting either later today or this weekend, for my New Year's resolutions
