Thoughts on Critiquing

I really enjoyed serving as a LJ Idol (therealljidol) guest mentor this past week, and it got me thinking about the process of critiquing and revising. Check out my post on my Goodreads author blog.

In some way, I think it would be fun to participate in an online workshop, but I'm not sure how to go about finding one. Does anyone know of any?
