LJI - Season 8 - Declaration of Intention

Considering that last year, when I did not compete, I missed all the action and excitement of

therealljidol, and considering that, for the past 5 weeks of my playwriting class, I've worked well on a deadline despite all the distractions, and considering that lately, my blog has been a dead zone of article links and occasional photo posts, and in spite of the guaranteed distractions sure to be posed by my 16-month-old Kung Fu Panda, I do hereby declare myself a competitor in season 8 of LJ Idol.

That's my rationale. I can pump out the essays and get that nice rhythm going and then achieve WORLD DOMINATION. :)

I'm glad to see you back!:) How did play writing go? That's something I've never tried but I DO enjoy acting. Was it fun?

The playwriting has been a lot of fun. I never would have imagined it was something I could do, but I am getting really good responses from my classmates. Our final week is this coming Sunday, when we're going to have a little presentation for our families (but unless I can find a babysitter, The Gryphon will have to miss out).
